If they actually build it, instead of just making computer graphics of it, how long will it be before the wiring, water and sewage connections go horribly wrong?

A long time I hope!! the benefit of building it in Dubai is tha tmoney is there to be thrown at projects like this, so ony the finest engineers/designers/tradesmen tha tmoney can buy will be working on it. I assum the central core will be fixed so that all the wiring/plumbing etc.. will be left intact and accessible thus allowing for maintenance. I'll be really disappointed if it doesn't get built..

Ah, yes, if the outer moving sections have no plumbing, it could work, but having rooms that move round isn't so very clever. After all, if you get up in the night to go to the toilet, you are going to want it to be where it was last time you went...

Very impressive, makes all our buildings look very dull and boring when compared.
