Ok, so my first installment went great. She had me doing a mini circuit thing- 10-20 reps on loads of the machines. I told her I don't want to build muscle which she took on board so she had me doing about 5 different machines for sit ups instead including one where you hook your feet under a pole and you curl your whole length up. I can't do sit ups!! I managed 5 though. Small mercy.

Right! So my weight is 73kg and waist measurement 29 inches. I have 6 weeks to get to 69kg and then until March to get to 64kg. She's going to do a more in depth analysis on friday. I did well in the fitness test, 5km in 29mins, I need to bring that down to 20 mins. I did really well in the flexibility, don't really need to improve that although I wouldn't mind being able to do the splits!

Ok, so day 1: BMI= 24.3, just in the healthy range. I'd like to get it down to 20 or so.

Edit: just measured body fat using this site and I have 22.7% body fat which seems high! I have 16.9kg of pure fat I can lose. I'm aiming for 10kgs so we'll see..
